The National 1 League (N1) is a premier, team-based youth soccer competition in the United States. Launching its inaugural season in 2026-27, it unifies US Club Soccer's National Premier Leagues (NPL) and US Youth Soccer’s National League into one streamlined, merit-based platform integrated with the ECNL.

Core Features and Structure

• Player Levels: It serves elite-level U13 through U19 teams, acting as a bridge between local state competitions and elite national club-based platforms.

• Conferences: The league features eight regional conferences (Northwest, West, Central, South, Midwest, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast) divided into localized districts to reduce travel costs.

• Postseason: Top-performing teams and districts qualify for the ECNL Conference League Playoffs and Finals.

• Scouting & Pathways: Built in alignment with U.S. Soccer's Talent ID models, it connects individual teams and players with better pathways to collegiate and professional scouting.
